We pride ourselves in providing quality electrical installations at fair prices. We employ and train our people to be the best. We have a 4-year apprenticeship training program certified by the Department of Labor that all of our apprentices are enrolled in. We stay informed of changes to the National Electric Code through code update classes.

We are committed to providing meaningful work at fair wages with good benefits. Many of our employees drive company owned and maintained vehicles and use company provided cell phones. Field employees have a company provided tool allowance renewed annually and are provided work uniforms.

We have regular company meetings to communicate regarding current projects and company business. During the summer and at Christmas we have company outings.

We share profits with employees each year. We have a health and dental insurance plan and a 401(k) matching plan. We also offer a supplemental insurance plan for employees on a pre-tax basis.
