We have a 4-year apprenticeship training program certified by the Department of Labor that all of our apprentices are enrolled in. We stay informed of changes to the National Electric Code through code update classes.

We are committed to providing meaningful work at fair wages with good benefits. Many of our employees drive company owned and maintained vehicles and use company provided cell phones. Field employees have a company provided tool allowance renewed annually and are provided work uniforms.

We have regular company meetings to communicate regarding current projects and company business. During the summer and at Christmas we have company outings.
